Welcome to the Ladies Running Errands website. By accessing or using this website, booking services with Ladies Running Errands, or contacting any member of our team, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Ladies Running Errands (“LRE”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides transport, companion, errand and support services through independently owned and operated franchise territories across Australia.
1. Services
Ladies Running Errands provides a range of services which may include:
- Airport transfers
- Cruise terminal transfers
- Medical and specialist appointment transport
- Day surgery companion services
- School and activity transport
- Shopping and errands
- Companion services
- Pet and house-minding services
- NDIS-compatible support services
- Other support services as agreed
Services may vary between territories and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
2. Bookings
Bookings may be made by phone, email, social media, website enquiry or other approved methods.
A booking is not confirmed until accepted by Ladies Running Errands or the relevant franchise operator.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where:
- The requested service is unavailable
- Safety concerns exist
- Required information is not provided
- Circumstances arise outside our reasonable control
3. Fees and Payments
Service fees will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment may be required prior to, at the time of, or following service delivery depending on the nature of the booking.
Outstanding accounts may result in future bookings being declined until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Clients are requested to provide as much notice as possible if cancelling a booking.
Cancellation fees may apply where:
- Short notice cancellations occur
- A driver or companion has already been allocated
- Travel has commenced
- Costs have already been incurred on behalf of the client
Any applicable cancellation fees will be advised at the time of booking.
5. Children and Passenger Safety
The safety of our clients is extremely important.
Appropriate child restraints will be provided where required and legally permitted.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding children’s ages, heights and safety requirements.
All passengers must comply with applicable road safety laws, including the use of seatbelts.
6. Medical and Companion Services
Ladies Running Errands is not a medical provider.
Our team may provide transport, companionship and practical assistance but does not provide medical advice, nursing care, clinical treatment or emergency services.
Clients requiring urgent medical attention should contact emergency services immediately.
7. NDIS-Compatible Services
Some Ladies Running Errands services may be suitable for NDIS participants.
Eligibility, funding arrangements and payment obligations remain the responsibility of the participant, nominee, plan manager or support coordinator.
Availability of NDIS-compatible services may vary between territories.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ladies Running Errands will not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control
- Airline, cruise, train or other transport schedule changes
- Loss of business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Personal property left in vehicles
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Personal Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are collected at the completion of a service.
Any items found may be returned where practical; however, Ladies Running Errands accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information published on this website is accurate and current.
However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
Service availability, pricing and business information may change without notice.
11. Intellectual Property

Ladies Running Errands provides personalised transport, companion and support services throughout Australia.
By booking our services, clients agree to the following conditions.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking airport transfers, medical appointments and special events as early as possible.
Transport Services
While every effort is made to arrive on time, Ladies Running Errands cannot be responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, accidents or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off and timing information.
Airport and Cruise Transfers
Clients should allow adequate travel time and check-in requirements.
Ladies Running Errands is not responsible for missed flights, cruise departures or other travel arrangements resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Companion Services
Companion services are designed to provide practical support, transport and companionship.
Companion services do not include nursing care, personal care, medical treatment or clinical support unless specifically agreed and legally permitted.
Medical Appointments
Our team may assist clients to attend appointments and procedures.
Clients remain responsible for following medical advice and complying with instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Child Transport
Parents and guardians must provide accurate information regarding child ages and safety requirements.
Appropriate restraints must be used in accordance with applicable legislation.
NDIS-Compatible Services
Where applicable, invoices may be provided to participants, plan managers or authorised parties.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring services are eligible under their individual funding arrangements.
Behaviour and Safety
Ladies Running Errands reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service where:
- Safety is compromised
- Abusive behaviour occurs
- Illegal activity is suspected
- Clients place staff, contractors or others at unreasonable risk
Service Areas
Services may vary between territories and locations.
Availability may change based on staffing, demand and operational requirements.
Refund Policy

Refunds and Service Credits
Ladies Running Errands Holdings Pty Ltd does not generally provide cash refunds for cancelled, missed or unused services.
Where a refund, adjustment or goodwill consideration is approved by Ladies Running Errands Holdings Pty Ltd, it will normally be provided in the form of a service credit to be applied towards future bookings.
Service credits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Ladies Running Errands Holdings Pty Ltd and must be used within any validity period advised at the time of issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
