OMG Melisa can cook, her vegetable meat-balls were amazing and guess what my kids ate them, YIPPEE!!!! My life just got easier. Melisa also made vegetable muffins, which yes my daughter ate and now wants them in her lunch box, you have no idea how happy that makes me. She also made a amazing chicken salad and choc bliss balls with dates and nutes, which my kids ate as well. This will now be our alternate chocolate dessert.
