About Theresa

Theresa brings warmth, life experience and genuine care to everything she does.

Originally born in Bethesda, Maryland, USA, Theresa has lived an extraordinary life of travel, adventure and service. As the daughter of a United States Navy officer, she spent her childhood moving between countries and cultures, including time in Canberra, Cuba, Mississippi and the United States before her family eventually made Australia home in 1980.

Her own journey continued to take her around the world. During her marriage to an Australian Army Colonel, Theresa lived in Malaysia and the United States, while travelling extensively throughout Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for people from all backgrounds and a natural ability to connect with others wherever they are in life.

After raising her family, Theresa’s first role back in the workforce was at a Jesuit Retreat Centre, where for seven years she coordinated bookings and welcomed an incredibly diverse range of guests including school groups, priests, nuns and people from many different faiths and cultures. It was an experience that reinforced her love of people and the importance of treating everyone with kindness, dignity and respect.

Today, as the owner of Ladies Running Errands Northern Beaches, Theresa is known for her calm nature, reliability and genuine care for her clients. She particularly enjoys supporting older members of the community, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring they always feel valued and respected.

Families also appreciate Theresa’s thoughtful approach. Whether she’s assisting with airport transfers, ensuring little ones are safely secured in their car seats, or chatting excitedly with children about their upcoming holidays, she understands that it’s often the small things that make a big difference.

A proud mother of two adult sons and grandmother to two energetic grandsons, Theresa treasures family, friendships and loyalty above all else. She is passionate about the unique Northern Beaches community and understands the demands faced by busy families, professionals and business owners trying to balance life’s many responsibilities.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll often find Theresa travelling, cooking, baking or keeping active at the gym. She approaches life with gratitude, enthusiasm and a belief that every day is an opportunity to connect, contribute and make someone’s day a little easier.

For Theresa, Ladies Running Errands is about far more than providing a service. It’s about building relationships, supporting her community and helping people enjoy life with a little less stress and a lot more confidence.
