About Janene

Janene is the proud owner of Ladies Running Errands Macarthur and has built a reputation for being reliable, caring and genuinely community-minded. A devoted wife, mother of four adult sons and proud grandmother, family has always been at the heart of everything she does.

Before joining Ladies Running Errands, Janene successfully owned and operated family daycare centres for more than a decade, giving her extensive experience caring for children, supporting families and managing the many moving parts of busy lives. Those same skills now help her provide practical, dependable support to clients across the Macarthur region.

Janene offers a wide range of services including airport transfers, cruise transfers, day surgery companion services, medical and specialist appointment transport, hospital visits, NDIS-compatible support services, after-school activity transport and professional cleaning services. She together with her husband Andrew, are passionate about helping people maintain their independence while making everyday life a little easier.

Known for her warm nature and attention to detail, Janene treats every client with kindness, respect and genuine care. Whether she’s helping a family get to the airport, supporting someone after day surgery or ensuring a loved one arrives safely at an appointment, clients know they are in capable hands.
Janene’s commitment to exceptional service has seen her recognised as a Campbelltown Local Business Awards Finalist in both 2025 and 2026, reflecting the trust and support she has built within the local community.

When she’s not helping clients, Janene enjoys spending time with her family (she is a proud Mum of 3 Adult boys and also a happy Grandmother) - travelling, crafting, home renovation projects and making memories with her beloved dogs.
